Literally every department isn't just understaffed they're severely understaffed. (3) Benefits and Pay - Out of everything the pay and benefits are very good but I'd be lying if I said it didn't come at a cost, Your work schedule changes almost every month and they make you work insane hours with mandatory overtime because they don't wanna hire more people. The company just continues to take away from it's employee s and still expects 110% everyday. (2) Corporate Culture - The culture here is that of a graveyard, Nobody is happy and it shows, most department heads have lost the confidence of their employee s mostly because they fail to resolve real issues or they flat out just don't care. The Union contract is a giant playground for them seeing as they pick and choose what they want to abide by and what they don't. T with having employee s who've done this before but honestly it seems like if management had to do their employee s job for a day they'd fail miserably at it.
